The housekeeper was great and assisted us immediately when we asked her.

Walking into my room and there was someone else's belongings there. However, the person working the desk immediately got down to the bottom of situation and my room cleaned out of the previous stayer.

One of the rooms was adequate. The staff was nice

Trying to get to the hotel. Turning lane was not there. One of my rooms was not even fit to want to stay in. Don't lie and say you will check for a particular room and you don't even have that room type.

Probably nothing at all about this hotel.

When I first opened up the room it smelled like crap, it stinked.

I liked that the location was close to different areas.

I did not like anything else about this hotel. It smelled bad. The hotel looked gross in the inside. It was ran down!!! There were roaches in the bathroom. Ewwwww

The Location.

the place was filthy. The staff is less than desire able, warm and I had to as for a late checkout. I recommend they upgrade the facility.

It offers convenient and great location adjacent to local shops;)))

Hotel was fairly clean, affable and really helpful staff.

Secluded location was a plus. The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a fairly nice area. I loved configuration of the family room. The bed was comfortable, the amenities included central heating, television and coffee/tea makers...

The breakfast was ok.

The location is kind of ghetto. Housekeeping never cleaned my room or gave me fresh towels for three days. When told the owner said he would talk with housekeeping. That's all he would say that didn't do me or my family any good. They are renovating the motel during the middle of the night my husband was tripping over extension cords.

The staff and cleaning crew were always very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the manager working on upgrading the fridges. The location offers great recreational opportunities too!

I did like anything about this hotel it was disgusting ! I did and would never stay there especially with my children

The third shift front desk man had a very bad attitude both nights

The location is perfect for visiting attractions like the Children's Museum of Virginia, which the kids loved. Plus, the nearby Norfolk Tides ballpark was a hit for baseball fans. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

My kids wished for a better breakfast selection. It would be great if they offered more variety for families.

Room was dirty, crcaked tub and a hole in the bathroom wall. TV and phone didn't work. Requested a different room & he said he gave us one of their best rooms.
